Congratulations to Barry Cosgrove in winning the Association State singles title. Barry defeated Chris Philpot in an entertaining final at Numurkah Golf last Sunday.
Congratulations also to Chris in being runner up.

State Singles Rd 1 & 2 plus under 30 results

State Singles Round 1 @ 2 results
Rounds 3 & 4 of the State singles will be played Sunday 14th at Finley RSC starting at 9.30 am. Second round (i.e. the winners will play following the morning round.) Losers of the morning round are expected to mark for the afternoon games. Finley RSC bistro will be open for meals. Players please note that if you bring your own lunch these cannot be consume on the premises of Finley RSC.
The following players are to report at 9.15 for a 9.30 am start.

Subject to availability the semi final and final of the State Singles will be held at Numurkah Golf Bowling Club. Sticks Stephens to be Person in charge.
Under 30 singles played at Rich River Bowls Club 7th Dec
Unfortunately none of our under 30 entrants won through at Rich River on Sunday 7th.
Brendan Holland was defeated by Ben Duncan 18/25,
Paul Murphy was defeated by Brock Waymouth 20/25
Kadeyr n Munro was defeated by James Hutchinson 11/25
Matt Murphy defeated Josh Warren 28/13 in the first round and then was defeated 11/26 against Mark Ryan
Next Delegates Meeting
We will hold a delegates meeting on Wednesday 21st January 2009 (First week after restarting pennant) at Barooga Sports Bowling Club at 7.30 pm. Would all delegates note this date now and if there are any issues a Club wants to raise please advise the Secretary in writing before this date so that he can circulate any issues to all Clubs prior to the meeting.
